You can see below an old set of values that I used in the past and I wonder if I’ll use them now. They are based on John Wooden’s pyramid of success, with some additions I have made.

While I would use now the core Wooden pyramid (the middle) as well as the “focus on solutions” part, I would change dramatically focus on teams section.

The three main areas of focus will be now:

  • Focus on clear definition purpose, responsibilities and managed artifacts
  • Create an environment that enables people to be as they are (not wearing masks, or what we call professionalism)
  • Enabling people self-management and self-organized teams.
