As people that spend most of their life working at different organizations we saw and experience what most of us feel at work. Forget about all the survey and statistics we all know at least several people that their work environment doesn’t bring them happiness in life.

Our working environment is an outcome of the management system that our company is using. Regretfully most of the management system are still following the old scientific and bureaucratic management system with a focus of Fayol’s 14 principles (https://www.toolshero.com/management/14-principles-of-management/). Through history management always followed science, but regretfully management never implemented the advantages science found in non-deterministic sciences such as quantum mechanics, chaos mathematics and complex adaptive system.

Galaxies believe that with technology a new wave of non-deterministic managements can be introduced and facilitate decentralized and autonomous management systems, systems that focus on self-management. From the experience of organizations that implemented systems like that we know and experience a different level of engagement, feeling of ownership and happiness at work!

Since the second industrial revolution, one of the vital management principles was to separate the Thinkers (managers) from the Doers (employee), just look at your company’s parking lot. Technology and observation of successful complex adaptive system all around us can change this principle and make the Doers thinkers again!
