In a centralized organization, coordination of prioritization should be easy. A common manager can resolve a prioritization dispute. It’s working better on paper; we all know how reality is looking like. In decentralized organizations, there isn’t a central authority that can set priorities. How decentralized organizations can handle the coordination of priorities?
