Most of us used to break a complex problem into smaller simpler problems, resolve them, and therefore resolve the problem. We are using this approach when we try to resolve problems in our organizations. But, organization are systems created from parts that influence each other. Organizations are based on connections between their parts to impact parts and for information flows. 


Those connections are the organization system. If there is a defect in this system, nothing will help if you won’t fix those issues first. Therefore, focus on synthesis first and then analysis.
