Two ways to reduce/remove organization silos

Organization silos are groups that are not sharing data or collaborating with others. There are two ways to reduce or remove silos. Adopt a flat structure. The flat structure will take away middle management and the need of department leaders to fight over limited company resources. The other way is to create permanent hybrid groups (people from different expertise and experience to reach a business purpose).
